Description DESCRIPTION The BridgeMont Low-Pro 8 (BMS-LP8) is an outstanding truck scale design that incorporates advanced engineering and production technology to produce a high quality truck weighing system. The high-strength characteristics and extra-low elevation profile of the BridgeMont Low-Pro 8 makes it an ideal replacement unit for other brands of worn out scales on existing foundations. Each scale is fully factory assembled, pre-calibrated, and performance tested to exacting NIST, NTEP, and ISO specifications, prior to shipment. SPECIFICATIONS Gross Capacity With a capacity of 45 to 135 tons this scale can handle a wide range of trucks and configurations. Platform Lengths Typical platform lengths are 15’ and 17.5’ nominal. Weighbridge Design An outstanding weighbridge design that includes a sandwich steel deck design that greatly increases the strength of the scale. The 8” beams are continuously welded to ¼” checkered deck plate and 3⁄16” bottom plate. Corrosion Protection All steel surfaces are commercial blast cleaned to SSPC 6 industry standards. A high performance, high solids, two component urethane primer is applied, followed by a final coat of high quality, heavy-duty polyurethane.
